Return Policy

At Walker Boutique, we’re here to serve you. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do whatever we can to try and make it better.
Please read our Return Policy below and feel free to contact us with any questions.

  • All apparel returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from Walker Boutique. You are responsible for the payment to ship it back to us. Ship all returns to Walker Boutique Website, PO Box 2087, Statesboro, GA 30459
  • Shipping fees are non refundable.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, tagged, and un-worn.
  • Include your original invoice, and the fill out the return form that came with your order. Click here to download a Return Form
  • Refunds can only be issued in the form of a store credit. We will send you a coupon code to use towards your next purchase after your return is processed.
  • ALL sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.
  • We do not accept returns on: sale items, jewelry, scarves, camis, personalization, and gift certificates.
  • Please allow our team 7-10 business days to process your return once we receive it.

Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item for processing. After processing, you will be issued a walkerboutique.com store credit code for the price of the item minus any coupons used. The walkerboutique.com credit code will be emailed to you at the email address you provide on the return form. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We suggest that you send items back using USPS. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to Walker Boutique.

 

If there is an issue with your order or we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will contact you twice by the email address you have provided and twice by the phone number you have provided. Please contact us back within ten days to allow us to process your order. Your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made if you fail to respond within these ten days. 

Please allow 5-10 days for package transit to help ensure that we receive your return within the 14 day window.
