1-How do I know if my order went through?

Successfully placed orders receive an email receipt with your order details. If you do not receive this item, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

2-What if I was having second thoughts, and wanted to switch a size?

Please contact us immediately via email, info@walkerboutique.com. We will not be able to make a change to your order after your order has shipped.

3-How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing time is typically 2 business days (with an exception of personalized items, which take longer). We use USPS Priority Shipping and most of our orders only take 2-3 days for our customers to receive them.

4-Can you ship to PO boxes and APO addresses?

We can ship to both of these. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

5-How long does monogramming take?

If we have the item in stock, it usually takes about 3-5 business days. If you order one of our pattern pocket tees, please allow one week.

6-Can you overnight my order?

If you need your order shipped overnight shipping, please contact us to make arrangements. Customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

7-Is the website a secure site?

Yes, our website is a secure site. Please view your firewall settings if you receive this notice.

8-Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship an order to you via UPS, but you will be responsible for the total shipping charge. If your order is over $75, international shipping isn’t free.

9-Will I receive tracking for my order?

Once your order is processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped. If you do not get your package within 3 business days, please contact us so we can research tracking information for you.

10-Can I use my gift card someone gave me on the website?

Yes, you can use your gift card code at checkout. In-store gift cards cannot be used online, and online gift cards cannot be used in store.

11-Can I get a refund if my items end up not working out?

We do accept returns within 14 days, but only in the form of a store credit that is good for one year. Please visit our "Return Policy" section for more information.

12-Is your clothing sized for juniors or women?

Our clothing is sized for women, and we believe that our clothing can be worn for all ages. Reference our Sizing Chart if you would like to see how our apparel runs.

13-Are all the items available in your stores?

Most of the apparel and jewelry on the website is only offered on the website. Please contact us for specific questions on an item.

14-Can I pick up my order at one of the store locations?

You can pick up your order at our Market District location (1198 Merchants Way, Statesboro, GA) by selecting the "pickup in store" option at checkout. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pick-up.
